DAM: AKC #: The dog described above is sold for the sum of $_____ plus $_____ for shipping or delivery expenses (if applicable). Payment is to be made in full at the time of transaction. Deposits will be accepted to hold the dog in the amount of $300.00. This deposit is non-refundable unless contract is voided by breeder. Any puppy held by deposit that is not picked up and paid for in full by the agreed upon date is forfeited by the buyer to the seller. The dog defined here is to be a Great Dane dog which is in good health at the time of the sale. This dog is purebred and is registerable with the American Kennel Club. The breeder guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale. The breeder will not be liable for expenses as a result of any treatment required by this pup. The breeder will not be liable for shipping costs to return the pup to the breeder under any circumstances. The buyer is advised to have this dog examined by a veterinarian of their choice within 1 week (7 days) of delivery. The results of this check-up must be received by the breeder within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase or any and all health guarantees becomes void. If the dog is found to be other than healthy by the buyer’s veterinarian, it shall be returned to the breeder immediately, and the purchase price of the pup only will be refunded. A written declaration by a licensed, board certified veterinarian must be presented with he dog. The deadline for this refund is 3 weeks (21 days) of receipt of puppy. The dog described above is guaranteed to be free of genetic disorders to the hips and/or eyes for a period of 24 months from birth in consideration that the following requirements are met:
Any dog purchased from breeder that is found to have retinal congenital problems or hip dysplasia and has followed the guidelines as stated above will be given a replacement dog of comparable breeding and price. If buyer chooses to receive a dog of a higher breeding and price, the price of the dog covered by the guarantee will apply toward the higher price of the new dog. This guarantee is non-transferable to future owners of the dog. All appropriate shots for the dog’s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. The buyer agrees to maintain the dog’s health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health. The buyer agrees to provide a suitable and safe area for this dog. There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. The buyer assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the breeder. Breeder cannot guarantee color on any pup sold. Many breeds will change color as they get older. Once pup is sold and delivered it cannot be returned due to color changes, nor will any refunds be given for this reason. **The breeder neither expresses nor implies any warranties or guarantees other than thosewritten in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability andfitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the breeder and buyer withrespect to this sale. The buyer’s signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and doesunderstand all the conditions of the sales agreement and contract of sale. Policies Your new Callaway Danes Puppy will go home with AKC registration puppy papers, shot record, sample of food, toy, and a 2 year health guarantee/sales contract. Our puppies are whelped in our home with a helping hand if needed. They will be socialized with children and other Danes. Our 2 year health guarantee extends to genetic health problems or problems they encountered while they were with us only. When first purchasing one of our puppies, we require a non-refundable deposit of $300 to hold the puppy of your choice. This deposit is non-refundable unless contract is voided by breeder or in the unfortunate event of illness, etc. Please make sure you are ready for this commitment! Once we have a verbal agreement for a puppy to be held for you, you will have 5 working days to get us the deposit. We will accept PAYPAL, money orders, cash, Wal-Mart money grams, and cashiers checks only! NO PERSONAL CHECKS!! If the payment is not received by the end of the 5th working day the puppy will be again made available. All merle puppies will be sold with limited registration. Your new Callaway Danes Puppy will be current on de-wormings, vaccinations, and his/her dew claws will have been removed. Your new Callaway Danes puppy will be eating Purina One Large Breed Adult , when it is time to go home. This is a very good quality dog food. You do not have to keep your puppy on this food. If you choose to switch the brand of food, please do it slowly and responsibly. A sudden change of food along with a new home can really stress a puppy. The switch in food alone can cause loose stools. If you choose to come pick up your puppy, that is great! We will gladly set up an appointment for you to come by. If you would like to try and meet us somewhere, we are willing to drive and meet someone for a fee. You are welcome to visit your puppy while it is still here. Your Callaway puppy will be ready to leave for their new homes at 6 weeks of age and puppies must be paid in full no later than 5 days after that date or will be placed back up for sale. If your Callaway Danes puppy will be flying home, we use Delta Pet First or Continental (Weather Permitting). You must be willing and available to drive to your closest MAJOR Airport. Your puppy cannot fly home until after he/she has reached 8 weeks of age. The price for shipping is $325. This covers airfare, crate, and a health certificate. The full puppy price and full shipping fees are due in full by the time your puppy is 7 weeks old. The health certificate is made out by our vet after they have checked the puppy over. We will try our hardest to take and send you new pictures of your puppy weekly via e-mail until he/she is able to go home. Please feel free to call or e-mail anytime to check on your puppy.
